About the Artist

Listening to the sweet nothings whispered in the ears of brand new babies from their brand new parents.

Witnessing the delight that babies feel as they crawl across the vast space of the living room floor.

Watching parents awestruck by the determination and adventure of their uninhibited toddler.

These are just a few of the reasons why I love my job.

I am an actor turned photographer who craves creativity. It was after the birth of my son that I sought out a way to fill my creative void that did not require me to spend hours upon hours on stage away from my family. I am married to a man who is my greatest love, my biggest fan, my near polar opposite, and whose understanding of me always amazes me. I am mother to a son whose kindness and sensitivity make me feel as though my heart may simply burst from being so full. I am mother to a daughter whose eyes smile just slightly bigger and brighter than her actual smile.

I would love to spend a morning or an afternoon with you and your loves, capturing the moments that bring you joy and leave you without words. I specialize in modern, natural, lifestyle photography, taking a fresh and fun approach to portrait photography in and around Nashville, TN & Raleigh, NC. I love doing portraits of expectant parents, newborns, babies, children, families and couples.
